Debra Faricy

Our co-founder was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, where Debra made history as a state tennis champion, and became a tennis pro. Good thing for us, her love for sports and an outdoor lifestyle brought her to Colorado Springs, where she joined RE/MAX Properties and met Wayne & Sylvia. The three friends shared a love of food, wine and real estate. In 1999, they became business partners, and launched peakdream.com. Turns out, business grew. And, a few years later, they bought the Hathaway's building downtown and transformed it into a RE/MAX office. They been here ever since and enjoy every minute of being an integral part of the downtown "scene". Real estate aside, Deb and her husband, Luke, are the proud parents of a little girl, Stella, and cherish family time.
