Our fearless leader grew up in northern California, which explains why he insists on wears shorts in the winter. That perfect smile is made-for-tv, so it will not surprise you to find out that his credentials include former newscaster, talk show host and producer. But his most recent claim to fame is being voted 2010 Best Realtor In Colorado Springs by readers of the Independent. Wayne teamed up with Sylvia, life and business partner, over 20 years ago, so helping home buyers and sellers is a shared passion. Wayne has also spent the past 2 decades doing leadership training with business, military and political leaders at the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs.
