Pebblewood is a small, 30-unit complex and 1 of only 3 townhome complexes in this neighborhood, with most of the residences being single family homes with higher than average home prices. The complex was built and established in 1981 and still has an active HOA.

Plus, after a large redevelopment of the North Nevada corridor in 2009, there are plenty of major retailers, restaurants, and entertainment options within a few miles.
There is also easy access to great recreation options, including dog parks, trail systems, and major parks like Garden of the Gods, Ute Valley Open Space, and Pulpit Rock Open Space. Plus, the beautiful and secluded Pinecliff Park, located in the neighborhood which includes grass, play equipment, basketball court, a baseball diamond and a pavilion.

The Pebblewood Townhomes currently have an active Homeowners Association (HOA) which provides basic management, trash services and exterior maintenance. There is no clubhouse, swimming pool, or recreation facilities. There is limited guest parking spots, but many residents and guests find plenty of parking on Golden Hills Rd which runs along the southern edge of the complex.
