Sylvia Jennings, Broker Associate / REALTOR®

Sylvia established our business with Wayne in 1997, after a successful decade-long partnership in broadcasting as the creators and hosts of several popular TV news programs. She finds it very rewarding to help and advise home buyers and sellers. Her clients consistently give her the top rating for customer satisfaction. She has been chosen Best Realtor by the Colorado Springs Independent, and ranks in the top 1% of agents in the international Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. 

Sylvia grew up in the country with 5 brothers and sisters in the farming community of Moorhead, MN, where she experienced first-hand how a caring and generous community can improve the lives of every resident.  Sylvia is an enthusiastic supporter of downtown businesses as an active member of the Downtown Partnership, and has served as a volunteer and board member of variety of local nonprofits.  One of her current passions the cultivation of a strong startup ecosystem, through her participation with Peak Startup. Sylvia loves cooking for Wayne and their 2 daughters. Her other favorite activities include exploring local trails, golf, and spending time with Scooter, the family's coyote-chasing Jack Chi.
